As we begin 2022, we are pleased to share some of the new projects we funded in 2021. We began new work in areas such as participatory research methods and extended our work on data governance practices. We launched new grant programs such as our African American Child and Family Research Center and awarded twenty Family Self-Sufficiency Demonstration Development Grants. New projects reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting rigorous and relevant research in areas including child care, child welfare, Head Start, healthy marriage and responsible fatherhood, home visiting, TANF, youth services, and more, while we continue our focus on incorporating a race equity lens into all of our work and strengthening and supporting the ACF Research and Evaluation Agenda.
