RECS 2024 Virtual Offerings
RECS 2024 will offer virtual participation in several sessions across the three conference days (refer to session details below).
All virtual content will be accessed through the RECS App. Instructions for accessing the RECS App, plus an App User Guide, are available on the RECS App page.
All attendees must register for the conference to access virtual sessions. To register for RECS 2024 as a virtual attendee, please click on the “Register” button below. If you require a screen reader to access the registration form, please email RECS@air.org for assistance.
Livestreamed and Virtual-Only Sessions:
All livestreamed and virtual-only sessions can be accessed from the RECS App using the browser link below. Please use the most updated version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari; Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer are not recommended to access the App.
- Navigate to the RECS App URL in your computer's browser: https://eventmobi.com/recs2024/.
- When prompted, use the same email address you used for RECS registration.
- When you first log into the app, you'll be prompted to create or enter a password. If you attended Virtual RECS 2022, you may already have an account and will need to reset your password if you cannot remember it.
Please view the RECS 2024 App Guide for additional information about navigating the App and setting up your profile and preferences.
Troubleshooting Login Challenges:
- Ensure you are entering the same email that you used to register for the conference.
- If you already created a password and cannot remember it, click Forgot Password? below the password field.
- If you have trouble creating a new password, click Log in using a one-time code instead and you should immediately receive an email with an access code.
